How we manage job sites
Active job-site safety management
Site supervision monitors conditions daily, corrects hazards as they appear, and keeps work areas organized.
Subcontractor coordination
Subcontractors are held to the same site rules, with expectations set before their crews mobilize.
Safe, controlled work areas
Barriers, signage, and controlled access keep construction separated from people who are not part of the work.
Working in occupied facilities
We regularly build in schools and businesses that stay open, protecting students, staff, customers, and the public.
Planning and communication
Schedules, access routes, and shutdowns are reviewed with the owner and facility staff before work begins.
Training and documentation
Site personnel carry required training, and safety documentation is maintained throughout the project.
