How we manage job sites
Active job-site safety management
Project managers and supervisors pre-plan work flows to minimize field hazards and conflicts, organize activities, and keep worksites accident free.
Subcontractor coordination
Subcontractors are held to the same site rules, with expectations set before their crews mobilize.
Safe, controlled work areas
Barriers, signage, and controlled access keep construction separated from people who are not part of the work.
Working in occupied facilities
We regularly build in schools and businesses that stay open, protecting students, staff, customers, and the public.
Planning and communication
Schedules, access routes, and shutdowns are reviewed with the owner and facility staff before work begins.
Training and documentation
Site personnel complete documented OSHA training programs and are regularly informed with project-specific site inspections by our third-party safety consultant.
Building Safely in Active Facilities
Much of our commercial work happens in schools and buildings that stay open. We plan the work around the people using the building.
